We understand that bipolar is not just another term for mood swings!

Autism is defined as a mental condition, present from early childhood, characterized by difficulty in communicating and forming relationships with other people and in using language and abstract concepts.

This definition is confining to what discoveries have been made about autism. Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), has a wide range of symptoms and levels of measurement, hence, the spectrum. We do not want to limit treatment based on a cookie cutter model and we understand that each case is different.

Treatment for Autism is based on the overall condition of the patient. While equally identifying all symptoms as they develop and as they relate to other symptoms. While working together with caregivers to establish a strategy of care all can agree on and with be beneficial.

As a result of the time and age we live in, treatments and options are becoming more available.

Data suggests that Neurofeedback is very helpful for Autism. In clinical studies, groups that received neurofeedback were eight times more likely to reduce their symptoms than patients who did not receive it. Reports have indicated improvement in every behavioral symptom including: schoolwork, sleep, anxiety, socialization, and many more.
